When applying for your pension you will need the following documents (copies only):

Birth Certificate (self and spouse)

Social Security Cards (self and spouse)

Marriage Certificate

Divorce Decree and Separation Agreement and/or Death Certificate 

The Fund offers 3 options when retiring (this is a one time election)

1.   Single Life

2.   50% Joint & Survivor

3.   75% Joint & Survivor

Retiree verifications have been sent out, please sign, date and return to the Fund Office to avoid your benefit being suspended.
